Once you have participated in one WWE event, you are considered a member. Members receive a discount on all future events plus invitations to special events.

WWE Application, Payment and Cancellation Policies: PLEASE NOTE SOME CHANGES AND CLARIFICATIONS

Your WWE application form can be sent to us through this website or by regular mail. A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit per person by credit card of $150 CDN for WWE trips priced under $800, $250 for trips priced over $800 but under $1500, OR $375 for trips priced over $1500 must accompany/follow an online application form in order to complete your application. New! The WWE Registration Co-ordinator will contact you within 48 hours, regarding your completed (form, plus payment) application. Please be advised that in addition to considerations of availability, due to the nature of adventure travel, WWE's Registration Co-ordinator may also consider your suitability in terms of the physical demands or the remoteness of a particular WWE trip. We reserve the right to not accept any applicant based on previous experience, skill level, health conditions, or other considerations that we find relevant to the selection process.

New! RISK FREE 5 DAY POLICY: Once WWE confirms your space on a trip, we will hold your reservation for 5 days after acceptance during which time you can make various arrangements without fear of losing your deposit: in other words, you have 5 days upon acceptance to: check into flights; make child/granny/pet care arrangements; or confirm vacation time without losing your spot! If your logistics aren't working out, or you get cold feet, you can cancel (or transfer among other available WWE events) without forfeiting or penalty to your initial deposit.

For all regularly scheduled WWE trips the remainder of your trip fee is due 30 days prior to your event. At that time, it shall be automatically debited from your credit card. If you cancel 30 days prior to the event, you forfeit your deposit only. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you forfeit the full payment.

Wild Women Expeditions Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event, or a part of an event, due to an inadequate number of participants or conditions, which in our opinion, would compromise the safety of participants. In either of these circumstances, applicants would be refunded in proportion to the part of the excursion canceled. Having said that, it is rare for us to do so after we have confirmed an event. We confirm events at the 60 day mark.

Health Insurance
Our registration fee can be fully refunded for health reasons IF you have purchased cancellation insurance at the time of registration. Should you wish to purchase cancellation insurance, you can purchase your insurance through our travel agent, Rainbow High Vacations, toll free thru-out North American: 1-800-387-1240. International or in Toronto, call: 416-962-2422. You can also email them at liz@rhv.ca. Rainbow High Vacations can also help you make travel arrangements to the city closest to your WWE adventure.
